Lauren is the Learning and Development and Early Careers Coordinator, supporting both the wider Learning and Development team and the Early Careers Recruitment Manager.
She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Early Careers programmes, including organising and coordinating open days, assessment days and vacation schemes.
In addition, she coordinates the logistics for in-house training sessions and development programmes, contributing to the smooth running of firmwide learning initiatives. Working closely with the L&D team, Lauren helps implement tailored development opportunities that support individual growth and promote a culture of continuous learning across the firm.
