A Senior Associate in the construction team, Dan’s clients operate across all sectors, including the development of large and complex distribution centres, data centres, high end residential and mixed use properties, and purpose built student accommodation.
He advises on the full range of issues that can lead to construction disputes, including defective construction but has particular expertise in construction disputes concerning buildings with cladding systems that do not provide adequate protection against the spread of fire.
Dan also advises clients in the event of contractor insolvency, providing advice on the immediate protection of the employer’s position, maintaining progress towards completion of the project and recovery of the employer’s losses arising from the insolvency.
