Jocelyn is an Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team.
She advises on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes. Her work includes forfeiture, possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, commercial lease renewals and breach of covenant issues.
Jocelyn works for a variety of clients including institutional investors, estates, and high net worth individuals.
She is also on the CILEX Policy’s Professional Panel, where she provides feedback and insight on key matters affecting CILEX members.
Jocelyn also works for individuals and charities on a pro bono basis and was mentioned in this year’s Pro Bono Recognition List, for engaging in over 25 hours of pro bono work last year.
