Her work includes advising upon business lease renewals, breaks, mortgage repossession and possession, forfeiture, agricultural occupancies, and recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
Megan works for a variety of clients including institutional investors, estates and high net worth individuals having acted in both High Court and County Court proceedings.
